Before you go to the trouble of calling or emailing us, try looking on our website if you have a general query.

If your query is about your order, or if you’re experiencing difficulty placing an order, email us or call 01753 857 889 and we’ll try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

If you have any cause for comment or complaint whilst you’re visiting a Coolcontours salon, please speak to your therapist or the salon manager there and then so that we can resolve matters as quickly as possible.

We hope that you’re pleased with any purchase you’ve made or service you’ve received from Coolcontours Limited. However, if there’s something you’re not happy with, ensure you get in touch so that we can try to put matters right.

If you’re still not happy with our response, contact us using one of these options. If you call us during working hours, we’ll try to sort out your complaint while you’re on the phone. If this isn’t possible, we will try and agree a course of action with you.
