Please note that a deposit is required for all spa bookings. This deposit will be the higher of £20 or 10% of the treatment or package price. Refunds At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or re-book without charge.

Notice is deemed received at the time of receipt where this is between 930am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays (where these days are not bank holidays), and between 930am and 12pm on Saturdays. For notice received outside of these hours, notice is deemed to be at 930am the next working day. By way of example, a cancellation given at 1201pm on a Saturday will be deemed received at 930am the following Monday, or at 930am the following Tuesday if that Monday is a bank holiday.

Cancellations received with at least 48 hours notice of the (first) treatment will receive a full refund of the deposit. There is no charge for re-bookings made during this period.

Cancellations received with notice of between 48 and 24 hours of the (first) treatment will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Re-bookings made during this period will be subject to a £10 administration fee.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice of the (first) treatment are not eligible for any refund of deposit. Re-bookings made during this period will be subject to a £20 administration fee.

A credit will be given or further charge made for cancellation of any packages or courses of treatments after the package or course has begun. The amount of credit or further charge will be determined in the following way –

  1. If a discount was given for purchasing the package or course, cancelling the package or course will mean that the package or course sold was not purchased, and individual full priced treatments were taken instead. The value of treatments received will, therefore, be the number of treatments taken multiplied by the individual price of the treatment.
  2. An Administration fee of £20 will be applied.
  3. The above values (individual cost of treatments taken and administration fee) will be deducted from the deposit paid, leaving the value (if any) to be refunded. Any negative value will instead be the sum to be charged against the customer’s credit or debit card, details of which will be retained by Coolcontours Limited for this (and other) purposes, and you hereby give your consent to this charge being made to your account.

Refunds normally take 4 working days to be received, but can occasionally take up to 7 working days.
